Sense ("we", "us") provides this marketing website at sense.co.za. The product itself is not yet available; this site exists to introduce Sense and let interested people join a waitlist.
What we collect
If you join the waitlist, we collect: your email address, the time you joined, your country (derived from your network), and a truncated user-agent string (the kind of browser/device you're on). That's it — no IP stored long-term, no fingerprinting, no behavioural tracking.
Analytics
We use Plausible for site analytics. Plausible doesn't set cookies, doesn't track you across sites, and is GDPR/POPIA-compliant by design. We see counts of pageviews, anonymised referrer information, and whether the waitlist form was opened/submitted/successful — never anything that identifies you.
How long we keep your data
Waitlist records are kept until you unsubscribe (one-click link in your confirmation email) or until we launch and convert your record into a customer account. Whichever comes first.
Your rights
Under POPIA (South Africa) and GDPR (EU), you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Use the unsubscribe link in your confirmation email, or email hello@senseplatform.co.za and we'll handle it within 7 days.
